TX Mold Remediation License #MRC2213Licensed, insured & bondedWhat to do right now
Stay safe
If water is near outlets, cords, or the breaker panel, do not walk through it. Turn off power at the breaker only if you can reach it from a dry spot.
Stop the water
Shut off the main water valve if the source is plumbing. For storm water, move to higher ground in the house and keep doors closed.
Document everything
Take photos and video of every wet room, the source, and damaged belongings before anything is moved or thrown out. Your adjuster will want them.
Call a restoration company
Professional extraction and structural drying should start the same day. Mold can begin within 24 to 48 hours.
Call your insurance
Report the claim and give them the restoration company's name. We work directly with your adjuster.
What not to do
Do not use a household vacuum on water, do not run your HVAC if ducts got wet, and do not throw out damaged items before they are photographed. Avoid pointing household fans at wet drywall, which can spread moisture and spores.
We work with your insurance company
We work with every major insurance carrier. Our estimates are written in Xactimate, the same estimating software your adjuster uses, so our scope and pricing line up with your claim instead of fighting it. We document the loss from day one with photos, moisture readings, and drying logs, and we can work directly with your adjuster so you are not stuck in the middle. In most covered losses, your out-of-pocket cost is your deductible.

Frequently asked questions
Is a flooded house covered by insurance?
Sudden water from inside the home, like a burst pipe or water heater, is usually covered by homeowners insurance. Rising surface water from outside is usually only covered by a separate flood policy. We help you document the loss either way.
How long does it take to dry out a house?
Most structural drying takes three to five days, depending on materials and how long the water sat. We take readings every day until everything meets dry standard.
Will I have to move out?
Not always. It depends on how many rooms are affected, whether the kitchen or only bathroom is involved, and whether there is sewage. If you need temporary housing, your policy may cover additional living expenses.
